These interactive sessions, led by a professional artist and Registered Graphic Designer, encourage personal expression and discovery, while implementing the main Elements and Principles of Art. Cross-curricular learning occurs as students are encouraged to draw upon their own experiences and exercise critical thinking to complete an original piece of art. They learn that there is a process to art in order to reach the desired effect. Your students will also develop their public-speaking skills during the reflection and peer-critiquing portion at the end of the session.
